HOW MUCH EXPERIENCE DO YOU HAVE?
Starting work at sixteen years old, I studies carpentry and construction at university for three years, eventually receiving a City and Guilds Level 3 Carpenter and Joiner. Since then, I have been involved in all other trades, working on over two hundred jobs; for the past ten years I have been managing my own projects ranging from kitchen refurbishments to a complete new build. Having over 20 years’ experience has aided me in selecting the most qualified team possible, working alongside my trusted architects, electricians, and plumbers to ensure perfection in whatever we do.
WHO WILL BE MANAGING YOUR PROJECT?
I will be managing your project personally, ensuring high standards in all aspects of the job. My team will be working alongside my experienced architects, electricians, and plumbers to create complete efficiency within your homes. Having extensive past experience with all my team members, hand selecting them all myself, I work closely with them, assuring every one of your requests is met.
ARE YOU LICENSED AND INSURED?
I am fully insured and in addition, I also have public liability insurance for extra precaution.
CAN I TOUR ONE OF YOUR HOMES CURRENTLY UNDER CONSTRUCTION?
You are more than welcome to come and tour our past homes and talk to past customers as well. They can also answer any questions you may have.

DO YOU GUARANTEE THE QUALITY OF YOUR MATERIALS AND CONSTRUCTION?
Yes, every material of your new build can be guaranteed yet certain finishes do not offer guarantee, however using trusted buyers and my own personal network, I can take precautions to ensure that we use trusted materials of the highest quality, with fail safe measures in the unlikely event of them ever being needed.
WHAT DO YOU DO TO ENSURE THE PROJECT DOESN’T EXCEED MY BUDGET.
Having a lot of past experience, I am used to working with budgets of all standards. By putting limitations around all aspects of your job with ensure that your budget will not be exceeded, with fail safe methods and guarantees covering all products to protect your project and to match your budget.
WHAT’S THE TIMEFRAME TO BUILD MY CUSTOM HOME AND WHAT’S DONE TO ENSURE IT IS MET?
Each project is unique therefor there is never a set deadline for all houses. We can give you an accurate timeframe for your own project, mapping each stage out clearly, allowing room for delay if need be. Your home will be our priority and by adding wrappers around each stage of construction, we are able to deliver to the highest quality and always on time.
CAN YOU ENSURE MY HOME WILL BE ENERGY EFFICIENT?
We are able to provide energy efficiency certification via third parties at the customers cost and work with professionals to make sure that for a small sum, you will be cutting costs within your home for years to come.
